Chris started cooking when he was 9 years old, after his father decreed, "Whoever cooks dinner doesn't have to do the dishes."
He has been honing his skills and creating inventive dishes in professional kitchens for over 20 years. Chris loves to experiment, he's an adventurous thinker, and creates his signature dishes using uniquely blended spices, sauces and flavors.
Almost everything served from Chris' kitchen is built from scratch and whenever possible, using local ingredients.

Bridgette has served food and mixed drinks in restaurants for longer than she'd like to admit.
Although at first it was just a way into a social, globe trotting lifestyle, it's now a way of life.
One thing that hasn't changed since she broke into this crazy industry, is the joy and satifaction of serving wonderful cuisine, and meeting great new people every night.
She's worked with Chef for over 9 years, and in that time mastered the ability to translate his menu and specials to the people.
